Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of San Rafael, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients throughout Marin County. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and their families to enhance their daily lives through personal care, mobility support, and companionship. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our clients' lives while being part of a dedicated and caring team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support our clients with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship.
2. Help enrich clients' lives by engaging them in activities they enjoy.
3. Provide transportation to activities and appointments.
4. Give medication reminders and keep the home safe with light housekeeping.
5. Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while communicating regularly about the client Plan of Care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate heart and attitude towards caregiving.
2. 1+ year caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification.
3. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families.
4. Dependable and punctual with a commitment to providing attentive care.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in caregiving or related fields.
2. Speak multiple languages to assist diverse clients.
3. Possess experience in specialized caregiving (e.g., dementia care, physical therapy support).

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability needed from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position requires on-site care throughout Marin County (Novato, San Rafael, Greenbrae, Ross, Larkspur, Corte Madera, Tiburon, Mill Valley, Sausalito.
