At Homewatch CareGivers of Northern Kentucky, we believe great care starts with great caregivers. We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers, with a strong preference for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or individuals with equivalent hands-on caregiving experience, to provide quality in-home care that helps our clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, and weekend availability is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Perform safe transfers, positioning, and fall prevention techniques
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Document care provided and communicate changes in client condition to the office team

Qualifications

• Active CNA license preferred, or strong caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to transport clients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently
• Previous home care, hospital, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred

Bonus If You:

• Are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Have experience providing personal care and transfers
• Are CPR Certified

Pay

CNA Pay Rate: Up to $18.00 per hour based on experience
