Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate caregivers, with a strong preference for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or those with equivalent hands-on experience. In this role, you will provide essential in-home support while helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, with weekend availability highly needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility support)
• Perform safe transfers, positioning, and fall prevention techniques
• Assist with medication reminders and follow care plans
• Engage clients in meaningful daily activities
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Document care and report changes in client condition

Qualifications

• Active CNA license preferred (or strong caregiving experience)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently
• Previous home care, hospital, or long-term care experience preferred

Bonus If You:

• Are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Have experience with personal care and transfers
• Are CPR certified

💲 CNA Pay Rate: Up to $18.00/hour based on experience
