Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands ECC, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home support services to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our administrative team and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. Working with us allows you to have the flexibility to maintain a balanced work-life schedule while contributing to our mission of enhancing the dignity and independence of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
4. Document client care activities and report changes in client condition to the administrative team.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for providing quality care.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
4. CPR/First Aid Certification
5. Florida AHCA required coursework for caregivers (i.e Alzheimer's, HIV/AIDS, Assistance with Self Admin of Meds, etc)
6. Valid Level 2 Background Fingerprinting.

Bonus If You:

1. Have a certification for caregiving - either HHA or CNA.
2. Experience in caregiving or a related field.
3. Have training in specialized caregiving techniques.
4. Have your own personal vehicle and able to drive to and from clients locations.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, and you will have the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.

This position is based on location of client and can range.
