Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, patient, and experienced one-on-one care to clients in the Granbury area. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each client. Whether you work on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you care for.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift.
2. Provide toileting and personal care assistance.
3. Support activities of daily living (ADLs).
4. Offer companionship and emotional support.
5. Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition.
6. Maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
2. Experience with Hoyer lift operations.
3. Experience caring for clients with dementia or cognitive impairment is highly preferred.
4. Strong patience and de-escalation skills.
5. Comfortable providing total care and assisting with mobility.

Bonus If You:

1. Have special training or certifications related to caregiving or dementia care.
2. Are bilingual.
3. Possess additional experience in physical or occupational therapy support.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position which may include flexible scheduling. Availability for Monday through Sunday is appreciated.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Richardson, Texas, with services provided in the Granbury area.
