FirstLight Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who values meaningful one-on-one relationships and wants to provide quality care in the comfort of clients’ homes—without the fast-paced environment of a hospital.

Provide personalized care to clients in their homes throughout Pulaski County and the surrounding community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing services in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and members of the care team.
• Conduct initial and follow-up visits as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and visit records.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and evaluations.
• Monitor client needs and communicate changes in condition appropriately.
• Stay current with applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and technology.
• Uphold FirstLight Home Care standards and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
• Active Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Current auto insurance required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable approach to client care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling software preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
