What You’ll Do

• As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide personalized support to clients in their homes while helping them feel respected, seen, and cared for.
• ·Assist with activities of daily living such as walking, grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• ·Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• ·Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• ·Support clients with errands, appointments, meal preparation, and social activities
• ·Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and the care team

What We’re Looking For

• ·A dependable, compassionate person who enjoys helping others
• ·Caregiving, CNA, PCA, healthcare, or personal care experience is helpful, but not required
• ·Strong communication skills and a respectful, patient approach
• ·Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends when needed
• ·Willingness to learn, complete training, and grow with our team

Bonus Qualifications

• ·Current or previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, or healthcare certification
• ·Experience supporting older adults, children, or people with disabilities
• ·Knowledge of local community resources and services

Schedule & Location

This is an in-home care position serving clients in Billings, Montana, and surrounding areas.
