Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / HHA at Assisting Hands Home Care of Fort Mill, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personalized assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure our clients maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work on-site only, fostering meaningful connections with clients and contributing positively to their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
2. Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs as required.
3. Help clients with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks.
4. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors and individuals with disabilities.
2. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
3. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
4. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
5. Flexible availability to meet the needs of our clients.

Bonus If You:

1. Hold a current HHA certification or relevant caregiving courses.
2. Have experience with specialized care requirements (e.g., Alzheimer’s or dementia care).
3. Possess first aid and CPR certification.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with flexible hours, available Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
