Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / CNA at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that all clients receive the compassion and attention they deserve. Working on-site in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with those you care for, making a meaningful impact in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Support clients with mobility and transfers.
3. Prepare meals and assist with basic nutrition needs.
4. Engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being.
5. Document and report each client's condition and changes in their health status.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid CNA certification or equivalent experience in caregiving.
2. Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
3. Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Experience in the home care industry is a plus.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience working with seniors.
2. Hold additional certifications related to caregiving.
3. Are bilingual, enhancing communication with diverse clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available in both Full-Time and Part-Time capacities, with availability needed Monday through Saturday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Hatfield, Pennsylvania.
