Role Overview:

As a Home Care Aide at Comfort Keepers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure that each client receives the support they need to maintain their independence and joy. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
3. Administer medication reminders and follow care plans as instructed.
4. Help clients with mobility issues and assist them in moving safely around their home.
5. Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in home care or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Certified in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain certification).
5. Compassionate and patient attitude toward seniors and their unique needs.

Bonus If You:

1. Possess specialized training in Alzheimer’s or dementia care.
2. Have additional certifications in personal care or related fields.
3. Speak multiple languages, enhancing communication with clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Part-Time, with shifts available every day of the week.

Location:

This position is on-site only and is located in Anaheim, California.
