Role Overview:

As an LPN – Skilled Home Care at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care directly to patients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and our supportive clinical team to ensure personalized care that makes a meaningful difference. This position is on-site only in Farmersville, Texas, and offers flexible scheduling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting.
2. Administer medication and perform necessary treatments.
3. Monitor and document patient conditions.
4. Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams.
5. Follow individualized care plans and ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Current Texas LVN license in good standing.
2. Strong clinical and communication skills.
3. Compassionate, dependable, and a professional attitude.
4. Experience in home health or private duty nursing.
5. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in specialized care (e.g., IV therapy, wound care).
2. Possess experience working with diverse patient populations.
3. Have skills in coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that may include availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Farmersville, Texas.
