Role Overview:

As a Home Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver a personalized care experience tailored to each client's needs. Whether you work full time or part time, you’ll have the flexibility to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you care for.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
2. Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
3. Help clients with household tasks such as meal preparation and light cleaning.
4. Transport clients to appointments or social activities as needed.
5. Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure quality care and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
2. Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
3. Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Must be willing to submit to background checks as required by the agency.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional training in CPR or first aid.
2. Possess certifications in personal care or assistance.
3. Are experienced in caring for clients with specific conditions like dementia.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with the flexibility to work on any day of the week.
