Role Overview:

As an Overnight Team Member at Planet Fitness, you will be responsible for creating a positive member experience and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the front desk and Management team to deliver exceptional customer service and support front desk operations, ensuring the facility is accessible and accommodating to all members, including those with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet all members, prospective members, and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
2. Provide superior customer service that respects the diversity and needs of all individuals.
3. Perform front desk responsibilities, including answering phones in a friendly and helpful manner.
4. Assist with member check-in and registration, giving tours to prospective members to ensure they are accessible and informative.
5. Support new member sign-ups and update member accounts as needed.
6. Respond to questions, concerns, or requests, and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with members.
2. Experience in customer service or a related field.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. Awareness and respect for diverse characteristics of members and staff.
5. Flexibility to work overnight hours and on weekends as needed.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience in a gym or fitness environment.
2. Are bilingual or can communicate in languages other than English.
3. Possess certifications related to fitness or customer service.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is a Full-Time or Part-Time role, available Monday through Sunday, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only and is located in Anchorage, Alaska.
