About Homewatch CareGivers of Peters Township & Upper St. Clair
Homewatch CareGivers has been helping people live safely and well at home since 1980, guided by a simple mission: preserve dignity, protect independence, and give families peace of mind. Now we’re bringing that mission to Peters Township, Upper St. Clair, Bethel Park, Bridgeville, Canonsburg/Southpointe, and the surrounding communities, and we’re building our team from the ground up. Our office is locally owned and led by a healthcare executive who started this business because she believes great care starts with people who feel respected, trained, and supported. That’s what you’ll get here. If you want your work to matter to the people you serve and to the company you help build, join us as one of our first team members.
Role Overview: The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and supporting our mission to provide exceptional care to our clients. This position focuses on overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing staff, and fostering a collaborative environment that reflects our commitment to high-quality, personalized service. This is a chance to help build a home care business from day one. You’ll set up how our office runs, support our caregivers, and be the steady voice families and referral partners count on. If you’re organized and calm under pressure, and you want your work to shape a company rather than just keep one running, apply today.
Position Type: Part-time, 24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). No after-hours or on-call work.
