Your Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, reliable in-home care across assigned client caseloads.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, meal prep, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Monitor and document client condition changes and communicate effectively with care coordinators.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
• Support care plans by implementing individualized care strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Serve as a trusted resource and point of comfort for clients and their families.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for CNAs who bring a strong blend of skill, compassion, and professionalism.

• CNA certification in the state of Florida (Required)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in home care, skilled nursing, or a related setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!)
• Ability to deliver care with compassion, discretion, and respect for client independence
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision

Bonus Points If You:

• Are bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Have advanced training in dementia care, chronic condition support, or hospice care

Position Details:

• Job Type: Part-Time to start, with potential for Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with weekend availability preferred
• Location: Clients located throughout St. Petersburg, Gulfport, Tierra Verde, Largo, and surrounding areas
