Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Home Helpers Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals who wish to maintain their independence at home. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Support clients with companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
3. Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
4. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.
5. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and support for clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and caring nature with a passion for helping others.
2. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Prior experience in caregiving or personal assistance is preferred but not required.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of each client.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certification in CPR or First Aid.
2. Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
3. Are bilingual, particularly in languages other than English.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full Time or Part Time, with availability to work any day of the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
