Role Overview:

As a Team Member at Killer Burger Hazel Dell, you will be responsible for creating the ultimate burger experience for our customers. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure exceptional quality, service, and a celebratory atmosphere for all who walk through our doors. Whether you work on full-time or part-time basis, you’ll have the flexibility to immerse yourself in a lively restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and grilling burgers to order with precision and consistency.
2. Providing excellent customer service with a smile, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience for all guests.
3. Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, following all health and safety regulations.
4. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations.
5. Embracing the celebratory atmosphere and contributing to a fun dining experience.

Qualifications:

You’re a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
2. Passion for providing excellent customer service.
3. Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced restaurant atmosphere.
4. Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
5. Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience cooking, particularly with grilling.
2. Possess knowledge of food safety or sanitation practices.
3. Are bilingual, especially in Spanish, to serve a broader customer base.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability required across all days of the week.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Hazel Dell, Vancouver, Washington.
