Role Overview:

As a Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness Fourth Plain, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional welcome and experience to our members in the Judgement Free Zone. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the entire team to ensure a clean and inviting environment while supporting member needs and inquiries. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with diverse individuals, making a difference in their fitness journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly manner.
2. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
3. Perform membership sales and assist in Member Services.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
5. Collaborate with fitness trainers and staff to ensure a smooth member experience.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Strong verbal communication skills in English.
2. Customer service orientation with a passion for fitness.
3. Ability to handle multitasking in a busy environment.
4. Basic computer skills for membership processing.
5. Positive attitude and adaptability in dynamic situations.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience in a front desk or customer service role.
2. Possess certifications related to fitness or customer service.
3. Have a strong familiarity with fitness equipment and training.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, available Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Vancouver, Washington.
