Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for enhancing the daily lives of our clients through compassionate and reliable care. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Provide companionship and engagement to enhance the well-being of clients.
3. Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the team.
4. Be available to assist clients as needed, during day or night, ensuring their safety.
5. Maintain a high standard of care by completing relevant documentation and care records.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Excellent communication skills in English.
2. Compassionate and patient approach to client care.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in CPR or first aid.
2. Are trained in specific healthcare needs (e.g., dementia care, mobility support).
3. Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, with availability including Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
