Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care (Williamson County, TN)

One on One Care | Supportive Team | Weekly Pay + Direct Deposit

Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support clients in Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Columbia, and Thompson’s Station. We focus on quality over quantity, providing true one to one care and a supportive culture where caregivers are treated with professional respect.

What You’ll Do

Provide one on one personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety
Support with meals, light housekeeping, and errands
Offer companionship and emotional support
Follow care plans and communicate clearly with the office team
Represent our agency with professionalism and kindness

What We’re Looking For

CNA or experienced caregiver preferred
Reliable, patient, and compassionate
Strong communication skills
Able to maintain boundaries and follow care plans
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to pass a clean background check
Experience with seniors or home care is a plus

Schedule

Flexible scheduling, days, evenings, weekends
Part time or full time availability
Consistent clients and steady hours
