Role Overview:

As a Weekend Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care - Franklin, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing compassionate non-medical support in their homes. Shifts available in Franklin & Thompson Station.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence and well-being.
3. Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to enhance their overall emotional well-being.
4. Monitor and document clients' needs and progress to share with the care team.
5. Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure continuity of care and a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in providing in-home care or support, particularly for the elderly or disabled.
2. Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of clients and schedules.
5. Basic understanding of safety and emergency protocols in a home care environment.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time on Saturdays and Sundays.

Location:

This position is on-site only and based in Williamson County, Tennessee.
