Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Home Helpers Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals who wish to maintain their independence at home. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs. Working on-site in Hershey, Pennsylvania, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Deliver companion care, offering emotional support and companionship to clients.
3. Assist clients with mobility and transportation to ensure they remain active and engaged.
4. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs as required.
5. Document and report any changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Empathy and compassion towards clients and their families.
2. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Reliable transportation to visit clients in their homes.

Bonus If You:

1. Have previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role.
2. Are certified in first aid or CPR.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
