Role Overview:

As an Account Executive at BrightStar Care of Plano/N. Dallas, you will be integral in driving new revenues for Home Care and Staffing Solutions in the Tarrant County Territory. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the agency team to develop and secure referrals from a targeted list of accounts, establishing connections that will lead to increased revenue and strengthened community presence. Your active promotion of the BrightStar brand will contribute to achieving our comprehensive growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop new and ongoing referral relationships with targeted accounts to increase referrals and achieve revenue growth.
2. Demonstrate effective communication with the agency team and referral sources to foster collaboration.
3. Educate referral sources and the community about the referral process and our key differentiators.
4. Maintain a strong community presence, promoting BrightStar Care's services and values.
5. Collaborate directly with Case Managers to ensure seamless communication and referral processes.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare.
2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Familiarity with home care and healthcare staffing services is a plus.

Bonus If You:

1. Have a network of contacts within the home care or healthcare industry.
2. Possess a background in marketing or public relations.
3. Are bilingual, particularly in Spanish.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, available Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Richardson, Texas.
