Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands Central New Jersey, you will be responsible for providing compassionate in-home care to our clients during various shifts. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients. Whether you work part-time or full-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create your own schedule that fits your life and commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized in-home support to meet the needs of clients.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
3. Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the care team.
4. Foster a comforting and safe environment in clients’ homes.
5. Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure overall client satisfaction and well-being.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Previous experience in home care or caregiving is a plus.
4. Ability to handle sensitive situations with respect and integrity.
5. Willingness to undergo training and continuous professional development.

Bonus If You:

1. Have CPR and First Aid certifications.
2. Are fluent in a second language.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is offered as both Full-Time, 10 - 12 hour shifts, Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site in North Brunswick Township, New Jersey.
