Community Liaison

About Us:

BrightStar Care is a home care company that promotes well-being in the home. We provide our clients with caregivers, CNAs, LPNs or RNs that provide in-home care, assisting with toileting, light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, companionship, dementia care, safety and much more. Each client is individually assessed by a Registered Nurse to develop a personalized Plan of Care, which our employees follow to deliver top-notch care. Care needs range from simple companionship care to round-the-clock skilled nursing care, and everything in between.

Role Overview:

As a Community Liaison at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships within the community to enhance our service visibility and reputation. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the care team to ensure that our clients receive personalized care aligned with their needs. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to connect with local organizations and promote the value of our health services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with local organizations and communities.
2. Build strong relationships with potential referral sources to increase client engagement.
3. Conduct community presentations to raise awareness about our services and care options.
4. Gather feedback from the community and clients to continually improve service offerings.
5. Assist with marketing materials and initiatives to better represent BrightStar Care within the community.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Proven experience in community relations, marketing, or sales in a healthcare setting.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in English and Spanish.
3. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Passion for delivering quality care and commitment to our core values.

Bonus If You:

1. Have previous experience in home healthcare industry.
2. Possess a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Tinley Park, Illinois.
