Responsibilities:

· Deliver compassionate in-home care and companionship.

· Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

· Create a safe and comfortable home environment.

· Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.

· Provide emotional support, companionship and foster independence for clients.

· Communicate client updates to the office team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Looking for a caregivers willing to work:

• Gilbertsville: Monday till Sundays from 5pm - 8pm
• Reading: Mondays till Sundays 10am - 1pm and 6pm-9pm; Mondays and Thursday 1pm - 4pm
• Pottsgrove: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 7am - 4:30pm.
• Pottstown: 11am-3pm Mon-Friday
• Chester Springs Thursdays and Fridays 7am-1pm
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
• Experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required. No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and prepared
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school degree or equivalent (GED).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must possess a valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid car insurance and car registration.
• Must be able to pass a background check and TB Test.
• Two verifiable references from past employers or persons not related who can affirm the ability to provide home care services.
• Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures.
