Location:

We need immediate assistance in the Oakdale Area- Dementia experience required. Shifts would be 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11a-7p. Please apply regardless of this but we need immediate assistance with this client.

Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized in-home care to our clients in Oakdale, California. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and our care team to ensure that each client receives the support they need to maintain independence and comfort in their own home. Whether you work Full-Time or Part-Time, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
2. Provide transportation for clients as needed for appointments or social outings.
3. Support clients with dementia care and respite care services.
4. Create a safe and comfortable environment that promotes well-being and independence.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to provide compassionate care and support to others.
4. Dependability and a strong work ethic.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to clients' individual needs.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare.
2. Speak multiple languages, including Spanish.
3. Possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with availability needed from Monday to Sunday.
