Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura, you will be responsible for implementing personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated care team to ensure clients receive the compassionate support that aligns with our mission of improving the quality of home care across our communities. You’ll work on-site in Ojai, California, with a focus on providing high-quality care and fostering meaningful connections with those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement personalized care plans to meet client needs.
2. Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
3. Maintain detailed records of client care and progress.
4. Engage in activities that promote socialization and emotional well-being.
5. Support clients in their home environment while ensuring their safety and comfort.
6. Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality of care and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Compassion and a dedication to improving the lives of others.
4. Ability to follow detailed care plans and procedures.
5. Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends.
6. Proficiency in English.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare.
2. Possess experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability needed seven days a week.

Location:

This position is on-site in Ojai, California.
