Key Responsibilities

Implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Prepare nutritious meals and support proper dietary needs

Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ well-being daily

Perform light housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe home environment

Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful social activities

Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related field is required

Ability to accurately follow individualized care plans

Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures

Strong cooking skills and an understanding of client nutritional needs

Physically capable of assisting with lifting and mobility support

Background in nursing, social work, or a healthcare-related field is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor
