Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate support and assistance to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with your team to ensure the highest quality of personal care tailored to individual needs. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to adjust your schedule as necessary to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
2. Assist with medication reminders and manage client care plans under supervision.
3. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote their well-being and happiness.
4. Assist with meal preparation and nutritional guidance as needed.
5. Document daily activities and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Compassionate nature with a dedication to providing quality care.
5. Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred

Bonus If You:

1. Have training or certification in caregiving, personal support, or a related field.
2. Are certified in CPR

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with shifts available throughout the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Northern Kentucky
