Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care Emerald Coast Central, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home support services to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our administrative team and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and companionship to clients in their homes.
2. Record and report changes in client health and behavior to appropriate healthcare professionals.
3. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients through light housekeeping and meal preparation.
4. Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure effective communication regarding client needs and care plans.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field with a genuine passion for helping others.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
3. Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy with a focus on client dignity and independence.
4. Level 2 Background/Fingerprinting Done Previously
5. CPR/First Aid Certification

Bonus If You:

1. Possess a certification such as CNA or HHA.
2. Have specialized training in areas such as dementia care or palliative care.
3. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible hours from Monday to Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in the Miramar Beach, Florida area.
