Role Overview:

As a CNA at Visiting Angels, you will be responsible for delivering personalized, one-on-one care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure that our clients receive the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life. This is an on-site position based in Gastonia, North Carolina, where you’ll enjoy the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for seniors.
2. Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises to enhance their strength.
3. Monitor patients’ health and report any changes to the healthcare team.

1. Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure a high standard of care and respect clients' needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
2. Strong communication skills in English.
3. Compassion and a genuine interest in helping seniors.
4. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
5. Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' varying needs.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience in senior care or working with older adults.
2. Are knowledgeable about age-related health issues.
3. Possess additional certifications related to healthcare or caregiving.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Gastonia, North Carolina.
