Location: West Warwick, RI | Hybrid & Flexible Hours (Relo available!)

Compensation: $80-120K + Bonuses

Experience: 2-5 Years (Business & Personal Tax)

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and review high-volume business and personal tax returns with precision.
• Work with small businesses (under 20 employees), primarily service-based and construction companies in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state tax regulations.
• Collaborate with a team that values efficiency, accuracy, and client service.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years of experience in business and personal tax preparation.
• Enrolled Agent (EA) certification or willingness to attain it.
• A passion for tax work and a commitment to accuracy & efficiency.
• Ability to handle high-volume returns while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team player whose goal-oriented and thrives under deadlines.
