We are searching for empathetic, reliable In-Home Caregivers who want to do more than just complete a checklist of tasks. Your Daily Impact

• Build True Connections: Engage clients in meaningful conversations, hobbies, and activities that stimulate their minds and uplift their spirits.
• Support Daily Living: Deliver compassionate, respectful assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Nourish and Care: Prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals and ensure clients stay safe and on track with their medication schedules.
• Be a Guardian of Well-being: Carefully monitor your client’s physical and emotional health, acting as their vital link to our nursing team.

Who You Are

• Naturally Empathetic: You have an innate heart for service and a genuine desire to make the world a kinder place.
• Radically Reliable: You understand that our clients depend on you for their basic needs, and you treat your schedule with deep respect.
• An Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English, with a warm demeanor that instantly makes vulnerable people feel safe and comfortable.
• A Flexible Team Player: Willing to step up when our family needs you, including availability for weekend or holiday shifts.

Bonus Points (But Not Required!)

• Prior experience in caregiving, CNA work, or a related healthcare field.
• Current CPR / First Aid certification.
• Experience or comfort caring for clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or stroke rehabilitation needs.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Position Logistics

• Type: PRN and Part-Time opportunities available.
• Schedule: Monday through Sunday availability (we work together to build a schedule that fits your life).
• Setting: In-person / in-the-field.
• Location: Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
