Homewatch CareGivers of Yorba Linda is a locally owned and operated home care company serving seniors, adults, and families across Greater Orange County, including parts of LA County and the Inland Empire.
We provide non-medical in-home care that helps clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Our company was built from personal experience after navigating care for our own family members and seeing how inconsistent and reactive the industry can be. We created this company to raise the standard through proactive care, clear communication, strong training, and a team-based approach.
We are looking for someone who can help us grow by building real relationships in the senior care community.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Community Relations & Business Development Representative to develop referral relationships and generate new client opportunities throughout our service area.
This is a relationship-driven, field-based role. The right person will be comfortable getting out into the community, meeting with referral partners, following up consistently, and becoming a trusted local resource for families and professionals who need quality in-home care.
This is not a desk-only sales position. Success in this role comes from being visible, building trust, staying organized, and following through.
You will work closely with our leadership and care team to make sure referral partners and prospective clients receive responsive, professional, and compassionate service from the first conversation through the start of care.

This position offers a $70,000–$80,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus an uncapped monthly commission and bonus plan tied to closed business and growth results.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend events as needed for networking, community events, and referral partner engagement.
Location
This position is based out of our Yorba Linda office and requires regular field-based outreach throughout the local service area.
