Role Overview:

As a Floor Technician at Office Pride, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the cleanliness and appearance of various flooring types in our clients' facilities. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our cleaning team to deliver exceptional service that aligns with our company mission to honor God by positively impacting people and workplaces. This is an on-site position based in beautiful Pensacola, Florida, allowing you to directly serve our community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform cleaning and maintenance of all types of floors, including carpet, VCT, LVT, and tile.
2. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
3. Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations while delivering superior cleaning services.
4. Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of floors and communicate any concerns to the supervisor.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Previous experience in floor care or commercial cleaning.
2. Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and tools.
3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
4. Excellent communication skills in English.
5. Availability to work nights and weekends.
6. Valid Drivers License (will drive company vehicle)

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in specialized floor care techniques.
2. Possess knowledge of various floor types and appropriate cleaning methods.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time.

Location:

This position is on-site in Pensacola, Florida. With some travel to surrounding areas including FWB.
