Client Care Coordinator

At Homewatch CareGivers of Chandler – Sun Lakes, we believe care should be personal, consistent, and rooted in genuine relationships. We are hiring a Client Services Coordinator to support clients, caregivers, and daily care coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations and help clients get started
• Create personalized care plans
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and families
• Complete check-ins and visits to ensure care is going well
• Partner with our scheduling team to ensure visits are covered
• Identify strong caregiver matches and support day-to-day coordination
• Help resolve issues and support caregivers

You will not be responsible for building schedules.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, approx. 12:00–6:00 PM + one on-call weekend/month, opportunity to add up to 8 hours of caregiving hours as available to reach full-time hours.

Compensation

• $22–$25/hour
• Monthly health stipend + bonus opportunities
• Mileage reimbursement
• 40 hours paid time off

Qualifications

CNA or caregiving experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment required.
