Homewatch Caregivers of West Hollywood is seeking a motivated, driven and committed Business Development Specialist to join our team and expand our reach within our LOCAL healthcare and senior communities. This role will focus in on field sales, engaging with local communities on an in person basis, and fostering partnerships that drive client acquisition. Our vision is to provide superior quality home care services which preserve dignity, independence and safety for our clients. Our focus is to be a trusted partner within the health care continuum. Pay ranges between $22-$24/hour plus commission based on clients hours secured through your efforts.

What you will do:

Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to build relationships with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations and then implement them.

Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for Homewatch CareGivers' services within the community.

Foster strong partnerships (in-person) with local healthcare providers, social workers, and referral sources to enhance our service offerings.

Represent Homewatch CareGivers of West Hollywood at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients while meeting sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions to inform strategy adjustments.

Create engaging presentations and informational sessions to educate the community about home care services.

At Homewatch Caregivers of West Hollywood (HWCG Weho), our mission is to provide superior quality home care services which preserve dignity, independence, and safety for our clients; to create a compelling employment opportunity for our employees; and to be a trusted partner within the healthcare continuum.

We build individualized care plans that fit the needs of our clients, to provide them the best support. We collaborate with clients to establish goals of what they need and want to achieve while enabling them to remain in their homes. Our caregivers are trained beyond the norm to be able to provide an elevated service to our clients. We dont provide hourly services for an hourly fee. We establish goals and get them done.

HWCG Weho we start our caregivers at an above average wage and offer continous training. We have a strong vetting process and when we pair our clients with a caregiver, we try to ensure a great fit.

As part of a large network of caregiveing agencies we are able to offer our caregivers access to traing, growth and developement.
