Business Development Associate

Homewatch Caregivers of West Hollywood is seeking a motivated, driven and committed Business Development Specialist to join our team and expand our reach within our LOCAL healthcare and senior communities. This role will focus in on field sales, engaging with local communities on an in person basis, and fostering partnerships that drive client acquisition. Our vision is to provide superior quality home care services which preserve dignity, independence and safety for our clients. Our focus is to be a trusted partner within the health care continuum. Pay ranges between $22-$25/hour plus commission based on clients hours secured through your efforts.

What you will do:

Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to build relationships with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations and then implement them.

Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for Homewatch CareGivers' services within the community.

Foster strong partnerships (in-person) with local healthcare providers, social workers, and referral sources to enhance our service offerings.

Represent Homewatch CareGivers of West Hollywood at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients while meeting sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions to inform strategy adjustments.

Create engaging presentations and informational sessions to educate the community about home care services.
