Role Overview:

As a Fill-in Cleaner at Office Pride of Pensacola-Downtown, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality cleaning services and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you’ll work on-site to ensure that our clients' facilities remain clean and welcoming. You'll collaborate closely with our operations team to maintain our reputation for excellence and contribute to our mission of honoring God by positively impacting people and workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sanitizing, and mopping floors.
2. This position requires some weekends and assisting stripping and waxing floors (will train)
3. Ensure restrooms, break rooms, and common areas meet cleanliness standards.
4. Specialized cleaning tasks as required.
5. Handle chemicals and supplies in compliance with safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and material needs are met.
7. Feel comfortable cleaning multiple sites and driving to more than one site per evening if needed.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a related field.
2. Previous floor technician experience a plus.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
5. Effective communication skills in English.
6. Reliable and punctual with a commitment to quality service.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in safety and sanitation standards.
2. Possess additional cleaning skills such as carpet steam cleaning or window washing.
3. Hold a valid driver's license for travel between sites as required. A driver's license check is done to ensure the candidate qualifies to drive a company vehicle.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is an estimated 30-38 hour a week position -Time, Monday through Friday nights with the ability to work weekends as required. A company vehicle is provided for this position to use for company purposes to travel between sites nightly. The daytime position can start as early as 6am on occasions and will be during the hours of 6am-5pm timeframe.

This position is on-site only, based in Pensacola, Florida.
