Reliable Transportation Required

This PRN role requires an insured, reliable vehicle. You’ll need it to:

• Travel to client homes
• Transport clients when needed
• Cover PRN shifts across the Main Line and NW Philadelphia area

Applicants must have a dependable car to be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers
• Offer companion care and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Give medication reminders
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Complete visit documentation using your smartphone
• Assist with light administrative tasks when caregiver hours are low

Qualifications

• Caregiver, CNA, DSP, PCA, HHA, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using a smartphone for documentation
• Must have an insured, reliable vehicle
