Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers Mission Viejo, you will support both our clients and our care team through a mix of hands-on caregiving and office support. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to deliver compassionate, reliable care while fostering a nurturing environment for clients. This is an on-site position located in Mission Viejo and surrounding areas where you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, including laundry and cleaning to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
2. Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
3. Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met
4. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
5. Monitor and document client well-being and report changes to the care team.
6. Escort clients to appointments, social activities and errands as needed
7. Engage with clients to promote a sense of community and belonging.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or related fields.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Compassionate nature and strong commitment to client care.
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Bonus If You:

1. Have first aid and CPR certification.
2. Speak multiple languages to help serve diverse communities.
3. Possess additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare.

Employment Type & Availability:

We have multiple openings for this position covering Part-Time, Full-Time, Temporary and available from Monday through Friday and weekends too.

Location:

This position is on-site only and located on multiple site in South Orange County, California, included but no limited to Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, and surrounding areas.
