Role Overview:

As a Personal Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and clients to ensure their comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a schedule that best fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities.
2. Support clients with companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
3. Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as necessary to ensure a safe environment.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
5. Record and report changes in clients’ conditions to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Experience in caregiving or personal support is preferred.
5. Willingness and ability to create flexible working schedules.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications related to caregiving or healthcare.
2. Speak additional languages to better connect with clients.
3. Have experience working with specific populations (elderly, disabled, etc.).

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time schedules, including availability on weekends.

Location:

This is an on-site position located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
