Role Overview:

As a Overnight Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing essential care and assistance to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional care that enhances the lives of others. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to support individuals in a meaningful and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
3. Support clients with mobility assistance and light exercise.
4. Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being and comfort of clients. Take ownership of each client's care and contribute to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. One year of experience in home care or facility.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Compassionate and nurturing attitude towards clients.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Bonus If You:

1. Have completed additional courses in elderly care or related fields.
2. Possess CPR and first aid certifications.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with a flexible schedule.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Austin, Texas at Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin.
