At Homewatch CareGivers of Sterling, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional caregivers. We're looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our growing team and provide personalized in-home care to clients throughout Loudoun County and Western Fairfax County.

WE'RE HIRING THROUGHOUT NORTHERN VIRGINIA!

We have current client assignments and ongoing recruitment needs throughout our service area, with immediate staffing priorities in Clifton, Ashburn, and Leesburg.

Caregivers residing in or near these communities are especially encouraged to apply. We also welcome qualified applicants from all surrounding service areas, including Sterling, Herndon, Reston, Centreville, Chantilly, and beyond.

Current Opportunities Include:

Part-time weekday and weekend assignments
Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
Shorter 2–4-hour visits and longer 6–8-hour shifts
Opportunities for caregivers seeking additional hours or multiple shifts per week

What We're Looking For:

Active PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
At least one year of caregiving experience
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Availability for recurring weekday assignments
At least one full weekend of availability per month

Responsibilities:

Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Companionship and engagement
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Transportation and errands as needed
Documentation and reporting changes in client condition
Following individualized care plans

Applicants must successfully complete required background screenings and drug testing.
