In-Home Caregiver

Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes.

We are looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others and want a flexible, rewarding opportunity to make a difference in their community.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available
Flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability

Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you may assist clients with:

Companionship and conversation
Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Mobility and transfer assistance
Transportation and errands
Assistance with daily activities
Providing a safe and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

Compassionate and dependable
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in a client’s home
Reliable transportation
Ability to meet applicable background check and employment requirements
Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required for all positions

Assisting Hands Home Care – Gilbert provides non-medical, in-home care that helps aging adults, people with disabilities and individuals with temporary or permanent physical limitations live safely and independently at home. That includes clients recovering from surgery, an injury or a hospital stay. Our caregivers help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, errands and companionship. They also provide respite for family caregivers who need a break.

We're a locally owned and operated agency in Gilbert, serving families across the East Valley, and we're part of the national Assisting Hands Home Care network. That gives our team the personal feel of a small local business with the training, systems and support of an established brand.
