Experienced Caregiver

Role Overview:

As an Experienced Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and reliable support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to assist clients with activities of daily living, ensuring they maintain their independence. Whether you work on a full-time basis, you'll have the flexibility to create a work schedule that fits your life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized, non-medical support to clients in their homes, attending to their individual needs.
2. Assist clients with daily activities including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
3. Foster a caring and respectful environment that enhances the client's quality of life.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
5. Ensure client safety and well-being in their living environment, reporting any concerns to the management team.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience working as a caregiver or in a similar capacity.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
3. Compassionate approach to care and a commitment to enhancing clients' independence.
4. Ability to adapt to different client needs and home environments.
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client homes.

Bonus If You:

1. Hold certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
2. Have training in CPR and First Aid.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Full-Time position that may include weekdays and occasional weekends.

This position is located in/around the Hampton, NH area.
