Role Overview:

As a Caregiver (Flexible Hours) at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and their families to maintain a safe environment, offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and help clients stay active in their community. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your schedule, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate companionship and support to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
3. Help clients stay active in their community by facilitating transportation and social engagement.
4. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
5. Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Excellent communication skills in English.
2. Strong empathetic nature and passion for caring for others.
3. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and exhibit integrity.
4. Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required.
5. A valid driver’s license and means of transportation.

Bonus If You:

1. Hold certifications in CPR or First Aid.
2. Have specialized training in Alzheimer’s or dementia care.
3. Possess additional language skills that enhance communication with clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Chandler, Arizona.
