Role Overview:

You will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and their families to maintain a safe environment, offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and help clients stay active in their community. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your schedule, allowing you to balance meaningful work with your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide in-home care with a compassionate approach.
2. Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
3. Offer companionship and emotional support.
4. Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities.
5. Support activities of daily living (walking, grooming, bathing, etc.).
6. Update office staff on client progress.
7. Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and caring approach to caregiving.
2. Ability to adapt to various client needs and schedules.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. At least 1 year of experience in caregiving.
5. Reliable with your own transportation.
6. Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
7. Ability to pass a background check.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is part-time with potential for full-time hours, and is available 24/7.

Location:

Caregivers work in our client's homes in the East Valley.
