Homewatch CareGivers of Norwalk is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to join our growing team!

We are committed to providing exceptional, personalized in-home care that helps seniors and individuals in need maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

We are currently welcoming applications from Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Companion Caregivers who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance, based on qualifications and care plans.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping.
• Support safe transfers and ambulation when trained and authorized.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted by the care plan.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and activities when assigned.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions or concerns to the office.
• Maintain accurate shift documentation and communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff.
• Respect client confidentiality, dignity, safety, and individual preferences.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification/training is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to complete required background checks, onboarding, and training.
