Caregiver Scheduler

Homewatch CareGivers of Sugar Land is hiring a highly organized, detail‑oriented Caregiver Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules and support our mission of providing compassionate, reliable in‑home care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys helping people.

Responsibilities

Build and manage caregiver schedules based on client needs
Communicate schedule updates quickly and professionally
Answer office calls and support caregivers and clients
Match caregivers to clients based on skills and preferences
Maintain accurate records and update scheduling software
Assist with caregiver recruitment and onboarding
Participate in on‑call rotation and provide occasional coverage
Support daily office operations as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Scheduling, home care, or healthcare admin experience preferred
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks
