Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Home Helpers Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals who wish to maintain their independence at home. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
3. Administer medications and manage schedules for clients as directed.
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
5. Collaborate with family members and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care and well-being of clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to individuals of all backgrounds.
4. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
5. Fluency in English.

Bonus If You:

1. Possess CPR certification.
2. Have experience with special needs care or elderly clients.
3. Are engaged in ongoing education in the field of healthcare.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time with flexible hours, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site and located in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
