Role Overview:

As a Home Caregiver at Home Helpers Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals who wish to maintain their independence at home. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities.
2. Offer companionship and support to clients, ensuring their emotional well-being.
3. Help clients with meal preparation and help maintain a clean living environment.
4. Administer medication and maintain client records as required.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
2. Strong communication skills, including fluency in English.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Prior experience in caregiving is a plus, though not required.
5. Willingness to learn and take initiative to meet clients' needs.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in CPR and First Aid.
2. Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
3. Are familiar with basic health and safety standards.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles, with shifts available from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
