Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking an exceptional CNA to join our leadership team as a Client Services Coordinator. This role is designed for a highly professional caregiver who is ready to step into operations, team leadership, and client management, while still maintaining the ability to provide high‑quality hands‑on care when needed.

This is a part‑time position with a clear and expected transition to full‑time as responsibilities grow.

Leadership‑Focused Role Overview

The Client Services Coordinator is a key operational leader responsible for ensuring smooth day to day service delivery. This role requires a strong communicator, a confident CNA, and a polished professional who can represent the company with excellence in every interaction.

You will work closely with agency leadership to support caregivers, strengthen client relationships, and uphold the high standards of our organization.

Primary Leadership Responsibilities

• Service Coordination & Scheduling: Oversee caregiver schedules, fill open shifts, and ensure consistent, reliable coverage
• Client Relations & Intakes: Conduct professional meet and greets, in home assessments, and ongoing client check ins
• Operational Support: Assist with office operations, documentation, communication, and workflow management
• Caregiver Support & Leadership: Serve as a point of contact for caregivers, reinforcing expectations, professionalism, and agency standards
• Care Delivery: Provide high‑quality care when needed, including urgent coverage or complex client support
• Quality Assurance: Monitor client satisfaction, identify service needs, and collaborate with leadership to maintain excellence
